Educational Programs

To help parents and teachers at home and in the classroom work with individuals with autism and other disabilities. These programs have specific topics for everyone from parents, educators, administrators, childcare providers to Occupational and Speech Therapists and Social Workers. Many of the programs also offer Continuing Education Units (CEU

Job Accommodation Network (JAN) Webinars

Will help educate yourself, management, and other employees on disability etiquette, assistive technologies, management techniques, and the latest on accommodations and the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).


 

ADA-Webinars & Audio Conferences

Provide information on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These programs are designed to enhance an individual's existing knowledge base or facilitate continued learning regarding regulations and trends under the ADA.


 

Accessibility Online

Cover a variety of topics concerning accessibility to the built environment, information and communication technologies, and transportation.


 

**CANCELLATION POLICY: Programs will be canceled if the county the program is being held in is under a LEVEL 2 emergency. If possible SOCIL will post a notice on the Events Calendar.
